A few new tidbits about Shadow Mewtwo have been laid out in recent issue of CoroCoro.
Shadow Mewtwo uses Psywave attacks that can be used in a number of ways. Psywave can be used for close combat combos, as a projectile, and even as a vortex move to suck in opponents. Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, and Ice Punch are also available to use and if they are all successfully landed on the opposing player then they will take a massive amount of damage. It’s also worth noting that regular Mewtwo will use Hyper Beam as part of its moveset.
It’s said that Shadow Mewtwo dominates the single player mode, Ferrum League, and it is unknown what relation it and the mysterious girl share.
